Practice guide

Visualization for Goals

Visualization can be used as mental rehearsal: picture the process of doing something well, notice obstacles, and translate the rehearsal into a next action.

A five-minute practice

  1. Choose one specific goal.
  2. Picture the environment and the actions, not only the final reward.
  3. Imagine one realistic obstacle.
  4. Rehearse how you will respond.
  5. Write down the next physical action and schedule it.

Process beats fantasy

The point of this version is not to claim that imagery makes an external event happen. It uses imagery to make a desired behavior more concrete.

Pair it with credible affirmations or explore the broader manifestation methods guide.
